We want you to love your Aurelia Home piece. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel or change your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters production/fulfillment and can no longer be changed or cancelled, as our pieces are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us at aureliahomestore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We do not require you to return a damaged item unless requested.
Change-of-Mind Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Because our pieces are shipped from specialty fulfillment partners rather than a local warehouse, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Lighting fixtures that have been installed or wired by an electrician cannot be returned for change-of-mind, as they're no longer resellable as new.
Non-Returnable Items: items marked "Final Sale" at checkout, gift cards, items returned after 30 days of delivery, and items showing signs of installation, use, or damage not caused by us or the carrier.
Shipping Times & Delays: most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on the piece and destination, since our fixtures ship from specialty lighting partners rather than a local warehouse. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request: email aureliahomestore@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) involved, and (if applicable) photos of any damage. We'll respond within 1 business day.
